All of us at Structured Management Systems would like to wish our veterans a Happy Veterans Day.

Mary Langford has been a part of the Structured Management Systems, Inc. family since Summer 1999. She has the unique prospective of having used an early version of SMS software as a client first at Hawk Company in the early 90's on an old Burroughs system and then later at Rennie's Inc in 1996 after version R2 was released. She has watched development of the EnergyElite products and the soon to be released graphical products. She joined SMS in the customer support department and while claiming "I am NOT a programmer", she will research and work on an issue to its resolution.
