With automated retrieval of the BOL-Recon data files, we can build the Loads, BOL’s, Deliveries, & final processing thru to billing including emailing the invoice…in one motion…all in the background. Included in the interface are cross reference capabilities for customer, delivery locations, origins, products, & ship via designations, as well as edit features as needed for error handling. Automated email reporting of successful transactions & errors is also included. It takes a time consuming manual paper process and makes it nearly invisible. It’s our “136 on steroids”!!!
