SMS now offers the ability to Generate PDF Documents and Email them as attachments. The following features are included:
Create PDF Printed Reports:
● create any SMS printed report or form as a PDF document
● specify the file name & directory for network placement
● ability to specify a cover-page
● specify an overlay PDF of a pre-printed form such as invoices and
statements
(each company may have it’s own overlay/template for forms)
● supports specific user /or printer overrides as desired
Email PDF Printed Reports:
● email the PDF document as an attachment
● include a standard cover-page to the email
● Solaris/Linux freeware driven, so NO 3rd party software required
● ‘bcc’ back to the sending user’s email
